By accessing, browsing or using the www.mikasmeals.com, hereinafter referred to as "Website", or by registering as a Member, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement hereinafter referred to as "Agreement".

1. Nature of the Service
The Business delivers dog food, hereinafter referred to as "Product", to registered Members' dogs based on health profile information provided by the Member. The Product is one of many recipes available through the Business that are tailored toward specific health needs.

The Website provides features for Members and the Business to operate including, but not limited to, dog performance reviews, recipe information, delivery scheduling, billing and payment options, Member and pet information, veterinarian information and other such features required to operate.

2. User Registration and Pet Information
Members shall provide the necesssary information during Sign Up as requested by the forms on the website. Facilities are provided for the update and maintenance of all information requested. It is the responsibility of the Member to update and maintain ALL information relevant to their account including, but not limited to, personal information, billing information and pet profile information.

3. Content
The Website content includes, but is not limited to, personal information, pet profile information, health records, testimonials and billing information. Members of the Business are deemed to grant the Business the nonexclusive right to post, display, copy and modify the Content in connection with the operation of the Website and the Business. Further, the Member is deemed to grant the Business the nonexclusive right to post, display, copy and sell the Content within the limitations set by the Privacy Statement. Member is also deemed to authorize the Business to disclose his/her personal data when the Member includes such personal data in the content.

4. Privacy
All Member information will be kept within the bounds of the Privacy Statement. Business reserves the right to alter the privacy agreement at any time and will provide notification to Member when alterations are made.

5. Liability
Members of the Business are responsible for providing up to date health information regarding the pets fed by the Product. Members of the Business are deemed to grant the Business EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY in the event of illness, damage or death of the pet when the health information on the Website is not up to date or maintained properly by the Member.

Mika's Meals food does not cure the underlying disease or problem of your dog (except in cases of obesity where the "cure" is to loose excess weight); rather the product helps your dog better cope with the health issues present. Remission may occur in some cases, however Mika's Meals makes no claim to the result. Proper nutrition will ensure a healthy lifestyle, but cannot be guaranteed to cure any disease or health issue present in your dog.

6. Non-Disclosure Agreement
Members of the Business agree to not disseminate any feeding and/or nutritional information/instructions provided by the Business to any third party without express written permission from the Business from the date of sign-up forward including post account termination.

7. Termination
Members agree to purchase the Product in two (2) week intervals. Payment is due at the time of delivery for the following two (2) weeks and will be calculated during delivery as a function of the performance interview.

Termination may occur at the time of delivery or up to 3 days after delivery. This results in the current delivery becoming the Transition Week feeding as the pet is transitioned to the new food.

Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.
